Do you know of any ratification Sony are indeed going to release a PS3 40 gb version in England on the October 10 or thereabouts, or is this more speculation from the press?

Will the price be regulated so it is the same price everywhere for both the old and new PS3 40 gb only I want to pre-order now for delivery this Wednesday
